MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

N6/ National Diploma or equivalent/ NQF 5

Computer literacy

Extensive appropriate experience
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Manage Electricity Customer Services section
-
Develop, drive, implement and monitor the effectiveness of customer
education activities and campaigns, programs and community projects
-
Manage and expand on the current Key Customer Stratety
-
Develop and implement policies on meter reading and electricity revenue
protection
-
Directs general queries and participation in various Customer Services
Centre matters
-
Responsible for the administration and correct application of
Electricity by-laws
-
Drafting of technical specifications for various electricity contracts
-
Manage revenue protection activities in Electricity and Energy
-
Drafting Policies and Guidelines for vending, service connections and
general operations for implementation
-
Manage the electricity and meter reading in the City
