SALARY :
R 135 036 – R 145 428 per annum
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification

Excellent typing skills and working knowledge of all MS Word
packages

Secretariat and general administrative experience will serve as a
recommendation
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Provide office support to the PA in the office of the Deputy City
Manager
-
Administrative duties include the typing of documents, booking of
venues, arranging of refreshments and meetings, acknowledge receipt of
incoming correspondence
-
Perform receptionist duties
-
Process requests for petty cash claims and payment of invoices and
ordering of stationary
-
Follow up on outstanding matters
-
Assist in handling telephone calls
-
Collect and circulate correspondence
-
Records management
