POSITION : ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER
SALARY :
R 210 936 – R 232 872 per annum
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-
Applicable NQF Level 6 qualification in Administration or equivalent
-
Extensive administrative experience
-
Good interpersonal communication skills
-
Ability to write reports
-
Computer literacy
-
Knowledge of political processes and mandates
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Liaison with clients and stakeholders and maintain protocol
-
Budget and financial administration for the section
-
Records keeping and archiving function of confidential documentation
-
Asset and stock control as well as office maintenance
-
Generic administrative duties
-
Secretarial duties to the strategic management team
-
Supervisory function including work skills plan and relevant HR
policies and procedures
-
Report writing, distribution of agendas and minutes
