CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Assist with the maintenance of a filing system in terms of the approved
File Plan of Council
-
The compilation of reports, minutes and agenda of meetings,
presentations and the answering of correspondence
-
Responsible for the co-ordination of public enquiries and complaints
-
Maintenance of Regional Asset Registers to keep records of Departmental
assets
-
Responsible for the management of employee records to ensure efficient
administration of personnel affairs
-
Render financial support service to the Housing Regional Office
-
Responsible for the maintenance of printing and faxing machines
-
Control, order, maintain, disseminate material, stock and equipment
