MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4
  • Applicable B-Degree / Diploma/NQF Level 6
  • Report Writing and Administrative Skills
  • Relevant Housing Experience
  • Computer Literacy
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the maintenance of a filing system in terms of the approved File Plan of Council
  • The compilation of reports, minutes and agenda of meetings, presentations and the answering of correspondence
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of public enquiries and complaints
  • Maintenance of Regional Asset Registers to keep records of Departmental assets
  • Responsible for the management of employee records to ensure efficient administration of personnel affairs
  • Render financial support service to the Housing Regional Office
  • Responsible for the maintenance of printing and faxing machines
  • Control, order, maintain, disseminate material, stock and equipment
