NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF THE 2009/2010 BUDGET IN TERMS OF SECTION 24 OF
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT, NO. 56 OF 2003
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of Section 21A of the Local
Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the Ekurhuleni
Metropolitan Municipal budget for the financial year 2009/2010 was
approved by the Council at a meeting held on 28 May 2009 in terms of
Section 24 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act,
No. 56 of 2003.
As from date of publication of this notice, copies of the approved budget may be viewed at:
