Want to know what’s your estimated monthly rate?
In order to assist the ratepayer in determining what the rates impact of the new property market valuation will be, the municipality has created a table (below), which can be used to determine the estimated value of your new rates.
It is important to note - that the monthly rates tariffs (as indicated below) are only proposed at this stage and have not yet been approved by Council. They have been used solely for the purpose of estimating indicative rates. The final rates tariffs, rebates and reductions will be approved by Council at the end of May 2009.
